Returns & Exchanges

We want you in gear you love. Every piece is small-batch and made with care — so before the details, here’s the short version: we don’t offer refunds, but we’re glad to exchange new, unworn items within 7 days of delivery.

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

The Golden Standard does not offer refunds or returns for money back. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right with an exchange — see below.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange an item for a different size. If you’d like to swap for something else entirely, just ask — we’ll work it out with you. To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be new and unworn, with any tags still attached;
  • It must be in its original, resellable condition — unwashed, with no marks, smells, or signs of wear; and
  • You must request the exchange within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Items that come back worn, washed, damaged, or outside the 7-day window can’t be accepted for exchange.

Two Ways to Exchange

By mail. Ship the item back to us, and we’ll send out the replacement once we receive and inspect it. For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both directions — the cost to send the item back to us, and the cost for us to ship the new item out.

In person. Prefer to skip shipping altogether? You’re welcome to bring the item to our office in Hattiesburg and exchange it on the spot, subject to availability. Our address is below — a quick email ahead of time helps us have your size ready.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item — that’s on us, and we’ll cover it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or send a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order products — including the Custom Koozie and any personalized pieces — are built specifically for your order and cannot be exchanged or returned. These items are final sale. The damaged-or-incorrect coverage above still applies if we made the mistake.

How to Start an Exchange

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number;
  • The item you’d like to exchange, and what you’d like instead; and
  • A photo, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We’ll reply with the next steps. Please don’t ship anything back before hearing from us.
